This is a pocket size, laminated holy card containing a relic cloth touched to a 1st class relic of Saint Faustina of the Sanctuary of the Divine Mercy in Rome.

The card has the seal of authenticity of ecclesiastical approval by Cardinal Franciszek Macharski (archbishop of Krakow).
In the back of the card there is a prayer in Italian to implore favors through the intercession of St. Faustina.

Throughout her life, Faustina reported having visions of Jesus and conversations with him, which she wrote about in her diary, later published as the book The Diary of Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska: Divine Mercy in My Soul.
