Beautiful cross with inside “Terra di Catacombe”
relic of the sacred ground of the catacombs of Rome. The relic is sealed inside closed by the screw at the bottom.
It’s a cross to bring with you everyday.
I’ve acquired these cross from an old nun’s estate; these crucifixes have been blessed by Pope Benedict XVI during public audience in Saint Peter Square, a few years ago.
They are in perfect shape, looking well preserved.
Perfect addition to your rosary.
This auction is complemented by a Pope Francis parchment prayer as in the picture attached.
I often go to Saint Peter to see the Pope talk and to pray in the Basilica. These crucifixes have been blessed on Easter during Urbi et Orbi special blessing.
